Conscious Care from Our Studio to Your Door.

At Nomadical Beauty, each product is handcrafted in small batches with organic and botanical ingredients. Because we care deeply about freshness, quality, and the environment, we ship with intention, not speed at the expense of care.

✨ ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During high-demand seasons or launches, please allow up to 7 business days.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

🌍 SHIPPING OPTIONS

We ship from the U.S. and currently offer:

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

  • Standard: 3–7 business days
  • Express: 1–3 business days (additional fee)

International Shipping:

  • Estimated 7–21 business days, depending on location
  • Customs fees or duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

We use recyclable, minimal, and planet-friendly materials wherever possible. Your order may arrive in biodegradable mailers, glass bottles, or FSC-certified boxes — all part of our promise to beauty and the Earth.

📦 SHIPPING DAMAGES OR ISSUES

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and product.
  2. Email us at hello@nomadicalbeauty.com within 5 days of delivery.
  3. We’ll happily offer a replacement or store credit as appropriate.

🚫 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once your package is marked “delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location or adding Route Package Protection at checkout if available.
