Due to the nature of handcrafted, preservative-conscious beauty, we strive to maintain high hygiene and quality standards. However, we also believe in fairness and care for our community.

✨ RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because our products are made fresh and formulated for personal use, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or have concerns about your experience, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.

💌 HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

Email us at hello@nomadicalbeauty.com with:

• Your order number

• A description (and photo, if applicable) of the issue

• Whether you’d prefer a replacement, refund, or store credit

We respond within 48 hours, Monday–Friday.

💳 REFUNDS

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once complete. (Please note: Some banks may take a few extra days to reflect the refund.)

📦 SHIPPING DAMAGE

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the box and product and contact us right away. We’ll send a replacement or offer a suitable solution — your trust means everything to us.

🛑 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns or refunds on:

• Used or opened products

• Sale or promotional items

• Digital downloads or gift cards

• Items requested for return after 7 days of delivery
